  RUN!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
  
  We lived there only 6 months before we found out the apartment we moved into was infested with multiple kinds of TOXIC BLACK MOLD!! Stachybotrys and Aspergillus. It's been 4 months since we've moved out and we still have not recieved back our deposit/the last months rent (in which we lived out of our van because they provided us with no alternative place to stay) and all of our things we were told we could not go back for (12 years of marraige and everything for our 9 month old baby). We have had to start completely over from nothing and even though working with a lawyer this place has done nothing! There are multiple units that have had flooding and they have left them sitting for over a year to grow these molds but put flags out advertising open apartments. (although they had no place to offer us to stay)
  
  The state of new jersey should shut them down ... we can't believe something like this can happen in the year 2011. Our baby has had xrays that show damage and had unexplainable breathing problems/hospital stay one week after moving in there. Now that we are out her breathing problems have all gone away.
  
  If you live there : Tip - mold tests are $10 at home depot!
